I took the bungalow option as I’ve two large dogs and it was superb! Greta enclosed area for my rescue who couldn’t go off the lead and the pub serves phenomenal food rated very highly in the area, wi th a great atmosphere and friendly staff .

This was the best place we stayed in. The dinner and breakfast were amazing. The food was high quality and tasted delicious! We loved eating in their dinning room, it had so much charm. Our rooms were delightful! The room above the pub where me and my husband slept was the best of the four rooms we had. My children had three rooms out the back in a separate building and I would have preferred to have them in the same building above the pub. That being said they were very conformable and had a great time.

We had an old fashioned bedroom which had a mottled assortment of furniture, lovely big comfy bed and was so peaceful we slept amazingly well. The bathroom was old fashioned and creaky but serviceable and the shower over the bath was actually the best we had on our whole trip including some expensive hotels.ArchibaldYoung couple
