We loved our stay here . They could not do enough for us . The rooms were really comfortable. They even prepared a Gluten free breakfast . The staff were really friendly and helpful and breakfast lovely . Would not hesitate in recommending as a place to stay .

Staff were amazing. We had a great afternoon and evening at the inn. The Sunday roast was the best we have had in the UK. The room was spacious, spotless and tastefully decorated. We stopped on the way from Edinburgh for an overnight stop. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Set in an 18th-century coaching inn, The Anchor Inn offers free Wi-Fi, home-cooked food and luxury rooms with scenic views.

The food was excellent with a large choice of evening meals and a decent choice for breakfast. The location was ideal and easy to find with fantastic views. Very friendly staff.

Terletak di Slaley, 32km dari Muzium Beamish, Rose & Crown menawarkan penginapan dengan taman, tempat parking peribadi percuma, restoran dan bar.

Peaceful location with a lovely view of sheep in the fields behind. The staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The Continental breakfast was just amazing. Separate breakfast area with the room. With a mini fridge and toaster. Had everything from juice and cereals to fruit and yoghurt, croissants, bread and fruit breads to fruit bars and granola. Perfect stay.
