Lovely upgraded room as it was quiet, the two ladies on duty on the evening I stayed couldn't have been more helpful. Can't comment on food as I didn't eat there but breakfast was excellent.I would definitely go back.

The room was comfortable and large. The staff was very friendly, warm, and accommodating. The parking was a bit off-putting at first but don’t worry, it’s close by and simple to work out. Also, there’s so much to see that’s very close by! We didn’t plan out enough time.

Peaceful location with a lovely view of sheep in the fields behind. The staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The Continental breakfast was just amazing. Separate breakfast area with the room. With a mini fridge and toaster. Had everything from juice and cereals to fruit and yoghurt, croissants, bread and fruit breads to fruit bars and granola. Perfect stay.

Our room was small, but suitable for a couple. The bathroom and shower were adequate for our needs. We really appreciated the pleasant dinner and breakfast cooked to order.

Due to over indulging in the numerous bars we visited the previous night,we decided to forego the normally delicious full English breakfast and opted for scrambled eggs and toast,this proved to be a good decision as the eggs wet perfectly cooked,so creamy and light.Thanks chef. Opposite station so great for transport links. 72 hour free parking by travelodge. Good breakfast. No dinner on night we arrived but loads of places in the town. Loved the dog too.
