The bedrooms were good, bathroom was basic but for the price good value. We had dinner in the bar sat next to the fire and xmas tree. Food was really good and our kids actually ate everything which was a first.

Location - very central. Beautiful accomodation - lovely fitout. Friendly staff. Parking right next door (free from 6pm-8pm) which can be difficult in the centre of some of these old towns. Plenty of hanging space.

What a lovely place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The people and the service are amazing, 10+ out of 10. Not only did they help get our luggage up the stairs, they found umbrellas for us to use on our outings and were there at every turn for anything we might need. The bar staff are super friendly and the cook was amazing. Breakfast is the best I've had, and there were several menu items to choose from. We stayed in the small apartment and really enjoyed having a separate area to watch TV and relax. All in all, we loved our stay here. We would like to return again some day and spend more time with these wonderful people. They truly are the best! ❤️

The people were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Our room was well appointed, immaculately clean and spacious. We enjoyed the hospitality, great menu and drinks of the pub downstairs. The Bear was conveniently located, an easy stroll yo all the places we wanted to see around Bath and offered free off-street car parking.
