We arrived late and had dinner in the pub/restaurant. The quality was way in excess of our expectations. I had a Beetroot cured smoked gravadlax with horseradish cream, cress & toasted sourdough followed by Beer battered haddock & hand cut chips with peas & tartare. The starter was one of the best I have ever had and the main course was the perfect meal for a first day in Scotland. Compliments to the chef!! Our room was spacious with every comfort. A huge comfortable bed with a nice view out the front of the building, and nice bathroom with all necessary accessories.

The room was awesome - we had a suite for three people. It was big, really quiet, with great views. The staff was very helpful and the views and landscape were great. The breakfast was really satisfying too!!

The property is decorated beautifully and in an incredibly beautiful location high on a hill overlooking the beautiful bay and port of Oban. The property has a lovely garden and the patio is gorgeous. The breakfasts were more than we could ask for and perfect examples of Scottish hospitality.

The facilities were well maintained, the room was comfortable, and everything was done to ensure staff and visitor safety. We felt very safe and really appreciated the little bag of goodies in lieu of an inclusive sit down breakfast. Edna was a super host and we’d definitely recommend Dana Villa to anyone looking to stay in Oban.
