We loved how spacious the room and bathroom was. We were super pleased to find the TV was a smart TV, so we were able to watch Netflix.

Hosts were great prior to arrival with contact and any information we needed. The lodge was very spacious throughout with the lounge and dinning areas having ample space for a family of 6, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The 3 bedrooms are all great and the master has an en-suite. TVs in the lounge and master bedroom both work perfectly as does the WiFi. The location of the site was perfect for us with a 5 min drive to Ilfracombe and a 10 min drive into Woolacombe. We are already looking at dates to book again next year.

The room was a good size , nice en suite the bed was very comfortable and everything was spotless Breakfast menu was fairly comprehensive and the food was really delicious. We were visiting friends near by so didn’t eat dinner at the inn but the menu looked good. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was good. The staff were lovely, friendly but not over the top. The whole premises were very clean and they took Covid seriously, eg insisting on mask wearing in public areas which was good. The room was very comfortable and the breakfasts were superb! Had dinner in the Inn on the first night, again the food was amazing.

Everything! Excellent hearty breakfast and evening menu - we booked dinner for one night and extended to two it was that good. Excellent choice of local real and craft ales (no Tribute or Doombar!). The room was a nice size, very comfortable and welcoming with a modern en-suite bathroom. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgable, and despite Covid preventative measures we were made to feel like special guests. With a great location for beaches and Coast path walking this will be an establishment we will return to.

This is a beautiful location with gardens and views in easy reach of many coastal and other places of interest. TV was better than the usual. Decent breakfast too. Dinners were simple but nicely cooked and inexpensive.
