The restaurant/pub was lively with locals, yet there was always space for us and our friends. Food was delicious--great pies, tasty fish, satisfying breakfast, and fine beverages (especially the Jail Ale). But the best part was the hosts: always welcoming and kind, flexible and attentive to details.

Dartmoor Halfway Inn asub Newton Abbotis, 7,7 km kaugusel Newton Abboti hipodroomist. Kohapeal on aed, tasuta eraparkla, terrass ja restoran. Really comfortable room. Nice decoration and very convenient for a stopover. Very generous tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom. We had a really nice breakfast and found it fair value.
