A beautiful period guest house in Kilburn, The Black Lion Pub & Boutique Guesthouse offers free WiFi, a popular bar and a restaurant in North West London. Above this old pub was a treat to stay in. The rooms were small but perfect for our one night stay as they provided all the comforts needed in a fresh and modern space. Very quiet.

Everything was wonderful - the hotel itself, the location, the staff, so friendly, courteous, efficient, helpful. A wonderful vibe as soon as you walk in - we came in by way of the pub, but there is a different entrance too. Amazingly quiet at night, didn't hear anything. A real neighbourhood, in Wimbledon Village, across from Wimbledon Common, about 12 minutes walk downhill to the tube station, or a short bus ride. Fabulous place. Lots of television stations, a bathtub.

Such a find! A really short walk to the o2 (under 10 mins), lovely pub, amazing room with lots of space (and nice and warm), lovely fresh breakfast and awesome staff

The Kings Arms Hotel is steeped in history and looking over Hampton Court Palace to one side and the Bushy Park on the other. Very nice and clean. The breakfast is great.

My brother and me spent four nice days in London. We have chosen this place to be close to our sister who ist living in East Sheen. It is a friendly area with a lot of cafés and shops. Richmond Park and also Richmond at the riverside are not far away. The room was comfortable with two big beds and a modern bathroom. It was very quiet at night. The owners who also run the pub were very friendly and helpful. We will come back again!

I've travelled a lot and I can't even start to describe how great was our stay! staff were so lovely and welcoming, room was amazing, location- can't be better and the entire general experience was great- I will come back again for sure- business or pleasure.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is an optimal option as it combines great location, a british pub with all the traditional characteristics (especially constant sports updates!!!), and some of the friendliest people I have ever encountered during my trips in London.
