Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room itself was lovely and clean and well equipped (snacks were delicious). It had a small fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. The surrounding neighbourhood was beautiful with lots of trees and quiet too. Everything exceeded our expectations and the stay was very reasonably priced. We will definitely come to stay if we are in Manchester again!

I had forgotten to mention difficulties with climbing stairs. They gave us an upgrade room on a lower floor. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
