This place is an old 3 story house, but don’t let that turn you away. The house is excellent. The breakfast is soooo tasty. Tasty fresh eggs, and great full English breakfast. Best we have had so far on our tour of England. The rooms are cozy, the king bed was the most comfortable bed we have had so far. The shower had good pressure, and was steaming hot. The towels are large, thick and fluffy. Only a 12 minute walk to the city walls, it was great to get our ‘’steps’’ in. 🙂. The owner/manager was very accomodating and friendly. We parked on-site. A bit of a squeeze, but no complaints. The room we had was a king supreme room on the top floor. It was super quiet, and we had the best sleep so far on our road trip.

Set in Lucker, The award-winning Apple Inn boasts a terrace and bar. This inn offers on-site dining. Free WiFi is offered. Guest rooms in the inn are fitted with a coffee machine. Breakfast was really good. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. Our room was really large, free upgrade to D'Arcy suite, ample room for us and our pet dog. Clean and spacious and everything we needed.
