The room was well decorated and spotlessly clean. We had all the facilities we required. The bed was comfortable which added to having a good night's sleep. We eat there on both nights as the food was of such good quality and staff were very efficient and friendly.

In the heart of the historic village of Laxton, The Dovecote Inn is a charming traditional inn offering fine food and rooms that are spacious and full of character. Wi-fi is free. Beautiful surroundings, very comfortable room, with a very good choice for continental breakfast. Evening dinner very good in relaxing beautiful surroundings. The bedroom was quiet, spacious pleasant ambience with a good sized shower and efficient room

The Forest Lodge is an event venue and 18th century pub located in Edwinstowe, 320 metres from beautiful Sherwood Forest and next to St Mary's Church which is a historic Grade I listed parish church... On arrival we were met by a friendly, pleasant and helpful lady named Bev. The decor was fabulous and looked beautiful and was very clean. After a chat we were advised to book a taxi with a return journey to and from the venue we were attending 6 or so miles away. We were given a local taxi number to phone and then shown to our room. A nice start to a lovely stay at The Forest Lodge. The next morning after a good nights sleep in a comfy bed in a quiet room, we went for breakfast and were shown to our table by another friendly member of staff. The breakfast was a good choice of items from cereal and toast to yogurts and pastries with juices as well as tea and coffee. We chose The Lodge Grill from the menu it was well cooked, presented and was good quality ingredients and was really appreciated. On our check out we had another chat with Bev, she asked if we'd had a good night at the venue and if we'd had a good stay at The Forest Lodge, we both agreed we'd had a great stay and would definitely recommend staying here and said if we were coming to the venue again that we would book The Forest Lodge immediately. Great stay, great quality and super staff. Thank you.

Situated in the Nottinghamshire village of Sutton-on-Trent, this 200-year-old inn offers pub accommodation just off the A1. Lovely hosts and staff. Food excellent. Nice location and a couple of minutes to a quaint village. Easy transport links. Would definitely visit again.

I arrived at Halloween Saturday night at the Angel Inn Misson and was warm welcome with nice full families kids party. I would join to the party with drinks but was too tired of my work and went to the bed. Andi, the owner was very nice and kind man. He helped me a lot like he gives me lift to the next village to get the bus to Doncaster because I was struggle to find a cab next day. I strongly recommend that place. Its quiet with clean green sitting area for a drink.
