We had a power cut the morning after our stay and the girl on reception came round and offered to order us all in some coffee and cakes. Ideal base to visit the Kelpies and The Falkirk Wheel. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking is secure and excellent. The hosts live in the adjoining property, so are easy to speak to if you need anything. The welcome pack, which included milk and fresh orange juice, was very welcome. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

They are a real asset to the hotel and showed a genuine enthusiasm to provide customer satisfaction. Even arranging early access to dining room for breakfast as we had an early morning flight. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We chose it because of the close proximity to the Falkirk Wheel, The Kelpies and the airport. The added bonus was a nice restaurant and bar in the hotel with good reasonably priced food.

The location is perfect for visiting the Kelpies and Falkirk wheel. Quiet location next to a park which was great for walking the dogs. Also a lovely enclosed garden. We had a great few days in Falkirk. Highly recommend the apartments.
