Still got a bar, staff are pleasant, a little upgrade buys you a sea view, breakfast is good so what more do you want? I prefer faded grandeur to the Travelodge any day, this place gets my vote, have stayed before and I'll stay again.

Our host Sharon was excellent, so welcoming. The breakfast was amazing. It really felt like a home, so glad we found this little treasure in Eastbourne, we will definitely be back.

We were so impressed the 1st time that we couldn’t wait to return. The property is spotless, the quality and quantity of the breakfasts was superb with so much choice. We received a warm welcome upon arrival and were given an informative overview of the facilities. Our room was clean and comfortable with adequate amenities for our short stay, including tea/coffee making items, bottled water, and a fridge.. Free WiFi was available, and we enjoyed a wholesome breakfast in the morning. I would stay again.
