Situated 400 metres from Spire Gatwick Park Hospital and 1.7 km from Horley Library, Hookwood Lodge provides accommodation in Horley.

Horley Council Offices is 1.8 km from the lodge. The nearest airport is London Gatwick Airport, 2 km from the property.

I can't believe such a peaceful, nature filled location could be this close to an international airport. Loved the sunroom, garden and how close everything was to walk to, and especially how close to the airport it was. Was pleasantly surprised to find a smart TV in the room as the place has a vey rustic charm to it.

The location of the lodge to Gatwick airport, a perfect, stress-free, no-nonsense stay the night before a flight. Honestly, would happily stay here for a trip in it's own, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom (and shower) was massive, beautiful place, cannot complain.

Before our visit we had seen some poor reviews. Therefore we were really happy to see how lovely this place is. The staff are really polite and helpful. The decoration and cleanliness of the hotel is absolutely spotless. For a nearby stay to Gatwick airport with parking and shuttle I recommend Acorn lodge hotel. Hard working dedicated staff. We will visit again. Alastair and Helena Donnelly room 53

Perfect location to Gatwick. Shuttle service provided at a small additional cost. However, with a room for the night with a buffet breakfast, we were able to leave our car there for the duration of our holiday. This worked out far cheaper than airport parking alone. The staff are lovely, rooms perfect for a family stay and again, great location. Totally recommend Acorn Lodge

The lodge is on the old side but decently maintained. It’s nothing fancy, but the room was clean, the beds comfortable and the hosts pleasant.

It's always lovely staying at the Gainsborough Lodge. Mr Patel and his family have been really busy renovating all the rooms and the public areas and it's looking wonderful!

Nothing. If you want to be locked inside a Gatwick Terminal with no way out apart from through the terminal in the middle of winter, this is the place for you. Appalling. Indifferent staff, decor worse than a travelodge, no food after 9pm (and remember the terminal food places are also closed). Just horrible. At least you only have a five minute walk to check in to your flight the next day.
