Absolutely gorgeous setting, high up above the village of Hope and close to the ascent to Win Hill. This little cabin is located on a charming hillside, with sheep and lambs coming up to the gate to say hello. Very idyllic and quiet at night (save for the bleating lambs!) with a gorgeous view south across the valley. There is a little barbecue and outside seating area to take it all in. The cabin itself is compact, but clean and with everything you need for a quirky couple of nights' stay. Would absolutely book again.

Explorers Retreat Matlock Bath offers accommodation in Matlock Bath. Gulliver's Kingdom is 400 metres away. Free WiFi is offered . The accommodation is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, especially beth the receptionist, We had requested a twin room through booking.com but they didn’t pass the message on. It was after the cleaners had gone home and the receptionist came to split the beds up on her own. Wasn’t able to do it as needed a screwdriver so offered us a better room for the night til they could sort it out. There was entertainment for the kids so everyone was happy. Everything was very clean, couldn’t fault it.

3birs Log Cabin Whatstandwell Matlock Derbyshire er staðsett í Crich í Derbyshire og er með svalir. Lovely little cabin to have a mini-break in for a few days. The facilities are all just right for the place - small kitchen, but fully equipped with everything you need; extremely efficient log burner that gets the place toasty in seconds; comfy beds and chairs; plenty of space outside for the dog to run about. And the best of all - the host is so friendly and helpful.
