Fantastic views of Bass island and the sea from Belhaven pod. The owners of the place were extremely lovely. They left eggs from the ducks on the farm for us as well as chocolate bars and cheese. We were arriving late at the property and they left the keys to the property in an easily accessible place and the lights on for us to get into the property without any problems. Extremely thoughtful.

The lodge is beautiful, quiet, comfortable and with everything we needed for our stay. Would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended.

Located in the village of Lasswade, Kevock Vale Park is a quiet holiday retirement park on the North Esk river, 10 km from Edinburgh. The property has everything you would want or need as a family. It is completely livable year round. The neighborhood is so peaceful and well connected it feels like a home away from home. You will want for nothing and the extras are a pony, two minature pigs, and a baby sheep. The river is spectacular and the local spots like Laird and Dog are perfect. The 31 bus goes into the city every 30 minutes or so and you don't have to deal with any tourists. The ancient cemetery is moments away and makes you think of the William Wallaces of the world. Living history at its finest.

Linwater Holiday Park offers accommodation in East Calder and is 12.5 miles from Edinburgh. Guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings the park has to offer including play park and country walks. It is one of the beautiful stay in UK trip.

Pretty much everything. Enough space for two people, any kitchen equipment you could possibly need. No problems with hot/warm water in the shower, the room temperature was perfect. Large, comfortable bed, TV with own netflix account for every lodge. The pictures don't lie, you wake up, open the curtain and can see the highland cattles right in front of you.
