The room was very well appointed and thought out. The bathroom even had a heated floor. The bed was very comfortable and there were complimentary drinks and snacks provided. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It is extremely comfortable and the staff are so helpful. Nothing was any trouble to them. Breakfast is amazing and the choice at dinner is superb with something for everyone
