The Sands Hotel, Orkney asub Burray külas Scapa Flow kaldal 19. sajandist pärit hoones. Kohapeal on baar, restoran ja kaunis merevaade. Hotellist avaneb vaade Burray sadamale ja WaterSoundi lahele. Our room and ensuite was very spacious and clean. Little extras in addition to tea and coffee were very much appreciated. All the staff from reception to restaurant were so helpful and attentive. Location was very handy to St Margaret's Hope ferry. Great range of menu in restaurant for breakfast and dinner. It was obvious that many of the locals also come to enjoy the restaurant. Would highly recommend The Sands.

Selles kolmetärnihotellis pakutakse toateenindust. we came in on the late ferry from Aberdeen and had stayed at the front desk late for us. very comfortable room with all amenities.

Looking out across the harbour of the Orkney Islands’ largest town, The Kirkwall Hotel features a high-quality restaurant and bar along with stylish en suite rooms. I loved everything about it. Close to the harbour, short walk to the bus, great view, comfortable, beautiful building.

Kolmetärnihotell Smithfield asub Orkney saarel, Kirkwallist 22,2 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on tasuta parkla, baar ja restoran. Kirkwalli lennujaam on 30-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel. Very warm welcome from staff. The room was spacious, warm and very comfortable with quality bedding and pillows. Very good shower, great cooked breakfast, with choices, and free parking. Nice and quiet, away from the main towns, supermarket and fuel across the road. Central access to island sights. Highly recommend.

Hotell Merkister asub Harray Lochi kaldal, Kirkwalli ja Stromnessi pealinnadest 15-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel. Hotell on üle 30 aasta pereettevõte. The breakfast was beyond expectations. Absolutely delicious and hearty portions!

Set in Kirkwall, Orkney, family-run Ayre Hotel & Ayre Apartments overlooks Kirkwall harbour. It offers local produce in its restaurant and traditionally styled rooms, with free Wi-Fi. Very good localisation. Big parking . Nice breakfast. Good restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff.

Hotell Orkney asub Kirkwallis, 2,7 km kaugusel Scapa rannast. Kohapeal on aed, tasuta eraparkla, restoran ja baar. Orkney hotel is well situated in the heart of Kirkwall, right next to St. Magnus Cathedral and near to the town centre. Staff was warm, friendly and hospitable and even though the check-in was late at midnite, night manager was on guard to provide the keys and helped with the parking of car. The hotel as well as the selected King Room provided the vintage look, along with the artistic poster bed and other furniture. Netflix on a big screens tv in the evenings was good to relax , added by the jacuzzi in the the bath - the icing on the cake ! Breakfast was good though options were limited. Even we were given the small packed breakfast a night before the next day early checkout, which was very thoughtful gesture from the staff. Large selection of whisky at the hotel's bar was attractive. Overall, though pricey esp. in off season but a good stay to spend short time in Kirkwall.

The Stromness Hotel is set in Stromness. This hotel offers free WiFi. Ring of Brogdar is 6 km away and Standing Stones of Stenness is 6 km from the hotel. All rooms in the hotel are fitted with a TV. Location! If you are heading to the mainland from the Orkneys, this hotel is 2 minutes from the Ferry docks. Food was amazing, the dinning room was cozy and the help was courteous and very nice.

West End Guest House asub Kirkwallis, 1,2 km kaugusel Highland Parki destilleerimistehasest. Kohapeal on tasuta eraparkla. Mõnes toas on mugav istumisnurk. No hesitation in thoroughly recommending this guest house. It has excellent staff who all do their jobs in a totally profesional manner, they are a source of lots of useful information about the weather, attractions, buses and even steer you clear of dangereous roads for walkers (traffic on Orkney can be ruthless!) The rooms may intially seem a little dated, but they are well equiped and a great place to get dry. There's an outstanding cooked breakfast which you pre order I found this prevented delays and hearing "we've got your order muddled" which I ecountered in another hotel whilst I was in Scotland. There's also a good range of cereals and fruit -a cornucopia has nothing on this place,
