The staff is utterly amazing, attentive, professional, solicitous and able to do everything in their power to make you feel welcome and cared for. I had to check out super early and required a taxi at the crack of dawn(forgot to book ahead, too), and the amazing lady at the reception called every taxi driver in the area to find me a ride to the train station. Highly recommend and will be back time and again. I also found the beds supremely comfortable- the pillows were fluffed up like clouds and sleeping was like nestling up in a dreamscape of perfect tranquility. Thanks for everything!
