The hotel and staff overall were perfect. Beautiful location, great breakfast, very nice rooms... The hotel is situated in the very center, so it is close everywhere. Also the roof swimming pool is great!

Three House Hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and terrace in Funchal. The location was perfect to explore Funchal, free parking also included. The room and the service was incredible.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views. Facilities are world class. Service is brilliant, the staff are so helpful and friendly. Very clean and comfortable.

Keturių žvaigždučių viešbutis „Aqua Natura Madeira“ įsikūręs Porto Moniz žvejų kaimelyje, už 45 km į šiaurę nuo Funšalio centro. Even in bad weather you can still relax with a view of the sea :) Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. Parking at the hotel. The location is also good for trips to nearby levadas by car. We also ordered a massage (standard quality) and ate at a Japanese restaurant (longer wait, but good food). Wifi without problems.

I can say that if we come to Madeira again then it is because of this place and I mean it. This place has everything you need for your perfect stay: a breathtaking view from the balcony (make sure your room has it), a cosy modern room with all the necessary facilities (minibar, safe, coffee machine, tea kettle, tea, coffee capsules, bathrobes, slippers etc.), lovely spa with pools, sauna and hot tub, great breakfast with lots of varieties, outstanding restaurant with friendly staff, delicious local cuisine and stunning view from the terrace, wonderful bar with live music and top standard cocktails and local spirits. I would like to thank especially Marlene, the bartender, who was extremely helpful and caring, telling interesting stories and facts about Madeira, making our stay unforgettable. Also, Aurea , who showed us a wine cellar and made a short tour even if it was closed yet. We are so thankful to all the team including reception who is doing the utmost job to make their guests feel welcomed and I am sure that the manager is reading this. You have done everything right, your hotel is like a big family where each member takes care of each other and treats the guests as members of the family and we could feel this. I wish you and your team all the best. We will be back one day to experience this hospitality again which is rarely seen around the world.

The nature of hotel is insane. I liked our stay and the staff was very friendly . We booked for a wrong day and they still accommodate us without penaltyis. Thank you for everything.

Having spent 5 wonderful days at the ARTS IN hotel, we can confidently recommend it. Thank you for the delicious breakfasts, cozy room overlooking the garden and the ocean, caring staff. The hotel has a very convenient location to various interesting places on the island, free private parking, high-quality WiFi, fragrant white towels and bed linen. Thank you for a great time! Ps. Funšalio svarbiausioje vietoje, Lide, už 2,5 km nuo miesto centro, 2018 metais atnaujintame pastate įsikūrusiame 4 žvaigždučių viešbutyje „Alto Lido“ įrengtas vidaus baseinas, šildomas lauko baseinas,... kambaris erdvus , balkonas, vaizdas. 624 kamb.buvo maza bonkute portugalisko vyno 19 laipsniu. Netoli krantas išsimaudytis.

Perfect location for a getaway and as a base point to discover the island, especially the Western part, just an hours or so drive from the airport/Funchal. You need a car if you want to explore the island. Great view from the room (sunrises are fantastic), comfy beds, nice and modern facilities, inside pool with salt water and infinity pool on the roof, beautiful lounge on the roof to chill, tasty food and great presentation in the restaurants (both breakfast and dinner, we did not have lunch in the hotel). Many cool activities just a minutes walk away: lava pools, diving with sharks and rays in the aquarium, whale and dolphin watching tour. Very pleasant, helpful and friendly staff who made us feel comfortable and welcome from planning prior to our trip until we left. A special thanks for organizing one of the most beautiful flower bouquets ever for my wife's birthday. The people working in this hotel should be proud of themselves for the great job they are doing and the smiles they are putting on the guests faces. Thank you, we would love to come again.
