Brilliant location for a short stay. Walking distance to Staten Island ferry, Brooklyn bridge, world trade centre and 9/11 memorial. The apartment was perfect for a couple of days - all the basics you need for some simple self catering. The staff were the friendliest! Both in the contact before we arrived and throughout our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

It is a spacious, quiet apartment. There is a security door for parking and a security door to enter the building. Elevator is really helpful for senior. Nice location to Griffith observatory and Hollywood Blvd. Nice view to famous Hollywood sign from the apartment and night time view of Griffith observatory.

OK so didn't realise we'd booked the compact room but for the cost it reflected the room size. Quiet enough room given its a compact ròm in the middle of the building and has no windows, didn't hear the nightclub on the rooftop

The show design is weird and no way of not getting water everywhere. Had to ask everyday for replacement towels. Bed design up again the wall was a pain.

While the main reception area of the hotel was modern and air conditioned this did not seem to be translated onto the guest levels, which were a bit shabby in places. While the bedroom was clean & comfortable, it was stuffy, with little ventilation and no air conditioning.

Location for beach and couple of bars with live music, also not too far for Walmart, Ripley etc.

Door key consistently didn't work, no coffee or juice at breakfast floor was wet with condensation from a.c. lots of rubbish to rear of property which was an eyesore, which was a shame as it spoilt the view onto the pond with the turtles.

The pillows on the bed were too soft and too small. They were the size of throw pillows instead of full size sleeping pillows.
