The Clytha Arms in Abergavenny features 3-star accommodation with a garden, a restaurant and a bar. There is a children's playground and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking.

All units in the inn are equipped with a kettle.

Staff were great, Beer was fantastic (Camra member so always going to be good!) food was really interesting, and very tasty, rooms were really nice. A wonderful REAL pub with rooms, in a great location. Not overly fussy, not shiny and new. Just a proper country pub. (I also rather like the wandering and very friendly pub dogs.) Got up early so thought I would miss breakfast, but was met by Andrew and asked if I would like a bacon sandwich to take with me. Amazing! Really cannot fault it. My kind of place!

Located in the heart of the Welsh market town of Abergavenny, Kings Arms Hotel offers bed and breakfast accommodation, a restaurant and free Wi-Fi throughout. The property is set in a late 16th century coaching inn.

The Place is a funky, charming, historical, and welcoming. The staff is accommodating and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and happy. It is not a Modern hotel. It does have modern conveniences, however, though not as you might expect. Prepare yourself for something quirky and quite extraordinary … You will thoroughly enjoy your stay!

Set in Abergavenny, 49 km from University of South Wales - Cardiff Campus and 49 km from Motorpoint Arena Cardiff, The Old Rectory Bed & Breakfast provides accommodation with amenities such as free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. This bed and breakfast features a garden. The property is non-smoking and is located 49 km from Cardiff University.

We had an amazing time staying at the Old Rectory. Liz (plus her two dogs and her cat) gave us a very warm welcome. The house - as the name says - is a 200 years old rectory, lovingly restored and tended by Liz and looking like a film set for a costume drama. The bedroom was very cosy (with a great selection of English literary classics!), breakfast - including eggs from Liz‘s chickens, which you might meet wandering on the road to the house - is served in a wood-panelled dining room.

Everything! Absolutely fantastic place, so cozy and cute. Spotlessly clean, in a lovely, quiet and private area. Our host was very helpful and welcoming. The weather couldn’t be any worse 😂 but it didn’t spoil our stay even slightly. We still went for a local walks and even borrowed bikes from our host at no extra cost. We would stay again without a hesitation. Thank you.

Great location- less than a 10-minute walk to the city center and directly across from a large park/field. The views from the property are quite nice as well. We came there for the hiking but due to the weather we were only able to go to The Skirrid which was, again, a 10-minute drive from the property.
