Marek, Polish administrator of the property did his best to meet our needs during whole our stay. Staying in Watford is very convenient both when you need sightseeing London as well as you aim going somewhere countryside. Recommended for everyone who prefers home atmosphere rather to be anonymous in a big hotel. The town itself is also worth to spend some time there.

Located just 20 km from Knebworth House, The Newnham White House provides accommodation in Baldock with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as private check-in and check-out. Cindy gave us a warm and friendly welcome to her beautiful home with a pot of tea, cafetiere, and baked goodies served in the sitting room - what a delightful treat! Our room was large and comfortable with a lovely view, and the large bathroom was just across the hall. Having a washbasin in the room was convenient. Everything was spotlessly clean. The beds and pillows were perfect, it was very quiet overnight, and we got a great night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of items. It's a shame that we only had one night there, but we'll be staying for longer on our next trip.

Located in St Albans, Ragged Hall Lane B&B is 4 miles from M1 Road access and just 5 miles from the Warner Bros Studio Tour London. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout. Everything was perfect no complaints at all. Bed and pillows/cushions were very comfy. Room was lovely and warm and the bathroom had heated flooring. Had breakfast served for us at our preferred time too. Lovely host 😃

Large East Side Room above G Grace & Son is situated in Tring, 27 km from Watford Junction, 29 km from Woburn Abbey, as well as 30 km from Bletchley Park. The apartment was lovely and modern and in a great location. There was a slight hiccup at check-in but Jordan and his team leapt into action and solved the problem within minutes, very courteous and apologetic and really helpful. Never judge someone on a problem, judge them on how they put it right, and I couldn't fault them. Would book again without a second thought.
