A recently renovated guest house in Holyhead and within 700 metres of Newry Beach, Orient B&B has a garden, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi. The property features mountain and garden views, and is 37 km from Anglesey Sea Zoo. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service.

Orient B&B is a 10 minutes walk away from the Holyhead train station and ferry terminal. It's a good starting point to explore the coast and the mountain of Holy Island. The room was really large for a B&B, comfortable, clean, and equipped with quite a large desk, so it is even a good place to do some work if you need to! Plus, the lounge area is very cosy and comfortable, and you can get tea, coffee, small snacks and drinks on a honesty basis at any time. Orient B&B is one of the most agreeable accomodations I ever had on the British Isles.

Featuring a garden and views of sea, Witchingham B&B is a guest house situated in a historic building in Holyhead, 300 metres from Newry Beach. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the guest house free of charge. The guest house features family rooms.

Myself, my partner, and our terrier (an extra £10 and let the owners know in advance) stayed here at short notice after a cancelled train resulted in us missing our ferry and having to spend a night in Holyhead. Room was clean comfortable, and had all the bits you'd want for a stay. We had an early start the next morning so didn't partake in the breakfast. They also have a big box of different chargers in case you need to borrow one for your electronics. A downhill walk to the ferry twill take about 15-20 minutes but might be worth getting a taxi up to the B&B if you have lots of bags.

This charming bed and breakfast, perched as it i on the top of a hill at 4 walking minutes from the beach, fulfilled all our expectations of a small-town bed & breakfast. The amount of thoughtful details such as a basket of chargers and adapters for free use was exceptional, and Claire was an extremely responsive and helpful host. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to make use of the breakfast but the breakfast room looked as cozy and well stocked as you would imagine!

Jaye is an exceptional host, she was knowledgeable and friendly and went above and beyond. The guest house is very nicely presented and our room was comfortable and clean. The cooked breakfast was delicious (we had the vegetarian option) and overall Wavecrest is excellent value for money. It’s also in a great location for exploring Anglesey. Parking was no issue (and we stayed during the recent bank holiday).
