I stayed in a double room, it was good size for a solo traveller but for a couple I'd imagine it would be tight. The check in was easy, sandy is responsive on the phone, the room and bathroom is very clean, and had all the facilities I'd need. I also enjoyed having the smart TV so I can chill for the night. It is about a five minute walk to the underground with good services towards the city, the surrounding town is a small town but has shops, cafes and food places. The shower had hot water, there was plenty of storage to put my things and hang my clothes and there was a plug beside the bed. I would stay there again if visiting London again.

The room was cozy and warm. The kitchen was really well equipped! Also, the neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet - we even saw a fox or two :) To get to the tube station or a big supermarket like ASDA you have to take a 20 minute walk but we were fine with that as well. Overall, we loved our stay!

There are no rooms. I want to complain and ask for money back to compensate for the economic loss. It's very bad and I'm very angry.

The location is pretty near to the overground station, the property was tidy and clean, and the room was comfortable and quiet.

Staff was good, very well behaved and responsive over texts. I had a lot of queries and the staff was eager to help throughout. He even came to the property for resolving my issues.

The room was extremely clean. Julia couldn’t do enough for us. The bed was super firm and comfortable, exactly how we like it.

The place was very clean and welcoming, even the shared kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen was very well equipped, which allowed us to prepare dinner and eat in. The owner was incredibly responsive and accommodative.
