Sandy Beach Apartment is a ground floor property located in the gated, private and secure Hill View complex in the heart of Brean. Just a 2 minute walk from 7 miles of beautiful sandy beach. Guests will be given a key to access the beach via a private walkway. Also just a short walk to popular attractions such as Brean Theme Park, Splash Water Park, Excellent Arcades, Kids Play Area, Restaurants and Bars (please check for seasonal opening hours). Well stocked Supermarket and Post Office also close by. The accommodation is comfortable and provides guests with a 'home from home' experience, for a wonderful getaway or staycation. Both TVs offer Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ etc however you will need to login using your own subscription details. Fast Wifi available throughout the property. The parking space for 1 vehicle is right outside the property and access to the property is contactless via a key safe. **A beautiful new shower room has been installed at the apartment making it a very family friendly environment** Families & Couples welcome. Sorry but for now we are unable to allow pets.
