Lovely hotel in a great location, close to all the sights, nice bars and restaurants. Easy to get to from the airport. Room was great, clean, nicely equipped and tidied up daily. The staff is kind and the service is great! They offer a lovely breakfast if you need it, but there are also wonderful places in the vicinity to choose from. I would definitely stay there again. Great value for money.

Breakfast was excellent. The view from the balcony was amazing. The beds were comfy. The shower was perfect. The interior was a nice chic design.

Recently restored boutique hotel from 1929, located on the beachfront in Bakio. Exquisite architecture with attention to detail and welcoming atmosphere. It was super clean and comfortable with memory foam beds and a stunning sea view. Hi tech fittings Wonderful breakfast, warm croissants cheese, iberico ham, eggs bacon and lots more. Fresh orange juice was delicious. Hard working staff make this a cracking hotel.

Very kind and helpful hosts. Wonderful made-to-order breakfast. Elorrio is a lovely town. We initially chose this hotel because it was only 30 min away from Bilbao airport. But we also ended up enjoying walking around the town and people-watching in the main square in the evening.

The hotel was beautiful and our room had a glorious balcony overlooking the harbor, Getxo and the Vizcaya Bridge. I expected the area to be more industrial, but it really was a neighborhood (in addition to being industrial) and it was really fun to walk along the water and over to Getxo via the aerial bridge. We saw the beach, but didn't go. We wished we had had more time to relax and to explore. There was parking in the basement and it was only about 25 minutes to the airport. We weren't there for breakfast.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. There were balcony with beautiful ocean view, this hotell was in front of Ereaga Beach. Vizcaya hanging bridge was in walking distance. Bed was very comfortable, shower was very good. I very much enjoyed blackout curtains. This hotel had everything you need for a nice vacation in a beautiful place.

Right on the edge of the old town and next to the Camino de Santiago for convenient morning departure. Good wifi. Safe, bar fridge and espresso maker with pods. Comfortable bed. Clean.

I loved the roof top bar! Excellent! I loved the bar off the lobby! ( spacious, wonderful atmosphere, excellent bar staff, fantastic expresso martinis, etc) Beds were very comfortable! Concierge, bellman, management and the staff working were all very kind, efficient, knowledgeable,etc. I loved the bathroom, especially the shower! The hotel was in a great location !

A beautiful location overlooking the bay. The hotel is charming and I loved the decor. Great restaurant in the gardens and a covered restaurant downstairs. Food was fabulous and the crowd was delightful. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and accommodating. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and service.

Beautiful location with a fabulous terrace overlooking the beach, the bay and the port. Very laid back, you feel you can spend all days there, just sitting and enjoying. Good breakfast, again overlooking the seafront. Well arranged parking as well. It is rated 3 stars, but should have 4!

Great hotel, room was immaculate with a dream view to the ocean. Bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was impeccable, with plenty of towels and great sized for a couple. Parking right by the hotel, which was very convenient. Felipe at the bar was friendly and professional. He provided us with a great service even considering that it was very late at night.
