Great location, 5-7 minutes walking distance to 94 bus and 2 underground stations, safe and quit area. Helpful staff. Very clean rooms, with impecable linen and good service every day. We stayed in the family room. Even it was lower ground floor, we had big window, that was opening, and even the view was to some electrical spaces, they were looking ok and in the morning we were seeing also the sun shining. Having 2 big bathrooms was the reason for us to choose this room. The sound isolation was very good, almost no noise all the 4 nights. The cold breakfast was ok, many options compared to we eat at home, anyway! I would have liked more meat items, only. The breakfast area with terrace is very nice. And having all day long the possibility to take coffee products and water, for free, from the machines in the breakfast area is something very good - including latte machiato and hot chocolate, energizing for the breaks we did in the afternoons.

This is a good managed hotel in a really great location and quiet area few minutes walk to Hyde Park and tube stations. All the staff at reception, the breakfast waitresses and cleaners are very nice and greet you with a big smile. The place is spotless clean, great variety of breakfast and my hotel room was daily cleaned to perfection. Definitely highly recommended.

Deposit taken from my credit card upon check in was returned back in less than 48 hrs . the cleanliness of the room is perfect as well as the room setup the location is near to Paddington station and alot of good restaurants just steps away i fell in love with this property and it will definitely be my choice when i visit London Highly Recommended
