Very friendly staff, Beautiful place, an oasis in the middle of Sloane Sq. Perfect place for Italians too as that’s the second language . Highly recommend this place.

This 5-star luxury hotel is in London's Knightsbridge, looking out over quiet gardens. One of my favorite hotels in the world. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Everything I needed was as always provided in a timely manner. I also noted the shortbread in the room was refilled daily; this was a welcome addition.

In exclusive Knightsbridge, this 5-star boutique hotel once played host to Oscar Wilde. The welcoming- the stay- the departure everything was smooth and perfect. The staff, the consierge, the room, the daily room service was exquisite. Me and my husband will stay at this hotel and no where else for our London vacays'. Thank you for everything

Every detail is taken care of and the people who are working here are truly exceptional. Our room was spacious, well designed and nothing was missing. The bathroom included a bathtub and separate shower. Everything looked completely new and more than clean. We had a great view and it was totally quiet - even during the day. Besides, I can highly recommend the a la carte breakfast, the bar and the Javanese restaurant in the hotel - you'll be surprised!

Absolutely amazing property! We were blown away by the lovely, friendly staff, the beautiful rooms and decor and the fabulous location. We could easily walk to our favourite parts of London, including Chelsea and Mayfair. We were also highly impressed with the breakfast and cocktails and nibbles. We will definitely be back and recommending to all our friends!!! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay:)
