The staff was helpful and friendly during every interaction. You can't ask for a better location if you want to be near the Palace, yet also shop and eat with ease. Also, room size was quite appropriate for European travel expectations. Let's put it this way ... If my teenage daughter raved about it, it has to be GREAT!

Originally opened in 1889, the world-famous Savoy Hotel is situated on the banks of the Thames and less than 5 minutes' walk from The British Museum and The Royal Opera House. It’s in the central part for food & shopping. The Housekeeping was spectacular, very 5-Star. They go an extra mile to fold all those clothings you just lay around the room. Everything is in place. I like the different kind of balm they place on my bed every night. I used it up 😊

The Sofitel is always an elegant place to stay, within walking distance from all the import locations e.g. restaurants and shows. The restaurant is fantastic and the bar staff very friendly and serves wonderful food as well.
